Events Management

The Devil Framework Application Server supports a fully distributed events propagation sub-system integrated with situation detection and alarm sub-systems that greatly improve the quality of event information, while reducing system configuration time.

The events propagation sub-system can be easily extended to support the management, filtering, control, notification and visualization of any kind of data, from numbers to images to audio.

The powerful alarm sub-system supports multiple alarm-acknowledgment models as well as condition-oriented, event-oriented and situation-oriented alarms.

Historization

The Devil Framework Application Server provides internal distributed databases for data, events and alarms storage. External data storage system, like SQL RDBMS, can be easily integrated. Multiple data storage policies can created and deployed allowing the design of selective storage policies based on events content and/or special conditions.
